Our founder has more than a decade of experience, in varying Scientific sectors. With a background in pharmaceutical drug discovery, she understands the risks and hazards related to industrial chemicals, as well as the effects that arise when dangerous materials are not correctly treated.
A Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) professional, with an in-depth understanding of chemical, clinical and energy producing waste sectors. Industrial hazardous waste sector experience in the United Kingdom. A member of a two person Technical and Compliance management team at a High Temperature Incineration facility responsible for more than 60 operational staff.
Proficient in monitoring and deciphering site emissions data. Reporting monthly, quarterly and annually all air, landfill and water emissions to the Environment Agency as specified by the Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR) and Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permits.
ISO 14001 complaint auditor. An expert in the collation and analysing of personal dosimeter data monitoring required for active wastes.
Oil and gas waste management experience in the Sultanate of Oman. In charge of the (HSEQ) needs for several oil and gas sites for a leading exploration and production company. The lead auditor and lead RPS for the Middle Eastern branch.
Competent in the full process of Trans Frontier Shipping (TFS) requirements. Including the coordination of TFS and logistical requirements for the international movement of waste from Oman to the United Kingdom, Spain and Switzerland.
Coherent in the many steps involved in acquiring Environmental permits for projects.
Advanced knowledge of the relevant legislation regarding the management and movement of hazardous wastes.
In Sierra Leone, alternative methods for household organic waste management and single use plastics have been researched and developed.
